Feel free to call or stop by our office to check out our prices on heating fuel, 50/50 winter mix, and propane. • 30 Days to Pay- receive your delivery and 30 days without finance charges to pay for your WarmComfort (subject to credit approval). • Prompt Pay Discount- we offer a 10 cent per gallon discount if we receive your payment within 10 days of your delivery (check your delivery ticket for payment amount). • Cash on Delivery (COD)- if you choose to pay for your delivery in advance or have less than perfect credit, we offer cash pricing on heating fuel and 50/50 winter mix. Pay with a credit card in our office, over the phone, or online (cash also accepted at our office). Prepay Plan Paying in advance for the season can put your mind at ease. Our prepay plan is comprised of average previous annual energy consumption data, and the anticipated price for the season to calculate the total amount needed to cover your annual gallons. Prepay can include fuel, propane, & annual maintenance; ensuring you are always getting deliveries at the cash price. Price Protection Program
Scott Smith & Son’s Cap Price Protection Program is available for enrollment July through September each year. Our program consists of a Cap Price for your fuel of choice, a price insurance fee, and a payment method of either an annual budget or prepay for the year (Propane Price Protection is available only for 500 gallon or more annual consumption). The Cap: This is the highest price per gallon that you will be subject to pay from the start of the program to June 30th each year The Insurance Fee: This is the amount that is agreed to and charged to your account on October 1st for the price protection of your fuel or propane gallons. This fee is already calculated in your budget or prepay amount. Payment Method: Whether you choose annual budget or prepay plan, you will be guaranteed Scott Smith & Son’s lowest available residential pricing on each delivery.
