Warranty
Fuel tanks degrade from the inside out, making it difficult to know the necessary replacement date. Scott Smith & Son uses the Tanksure Program to carefully inspect your fuel tank using ultrasonic measurements and visual inspection to proactively replace fuel tanks. • Qualification & enrollment into the Tanksure Program provides warranty for full replacement if your tank needs to be replaced due to leakage, tank failure, or proactive replacement (annual renewal required). • Eliminates the price shock of emergency tank replacement. • Performed with your annual heating system tune-upAir Conditioning Tune-ups
Your Air Conditioning system can benefit from annual maintenance too. We advise our clients to combine their heating and cooling system tune-ups together in the summer months. Our service technicians can make the most of your time to ensure you keep cool when it’s hot, and warm when it’s not! • Central air systems & ductless split units • Available June-September

Scott Smith & Son warranties work for 30 days from the date of equipment repair or preventative maintenance.
Additional service calls required on the same equipment within the 30 days will not be subject to labor charges, but
may include additional parts charges.
